Womb Wisdom — Through the Veil
There are things we inherit that were never spoken aloud.

Welcome to Womb Wisdom.

The women who came before us had dreams. Desires. Grief. Wisdom. Fear. Resilience. Longing. We learned what it meant to be a woman from the women before them — consciously and unconsciously. Our lineage carries its own stories, gifts, beliefs and patterns into who we become.

Some of what we inherited is beautiful. Some of it was never meant to continue through us.

This October, as our collective attention turns toward ancestry, mystery, death, rebirth and the unseen, we're gathering in sacred space to become curious about what came before us — and intentional about what comes next. Not to reject our lineage. Not to fix ourselves. To remember the wisdom, release what we no longer choose to carry, and reclaim our capacity to create something new.

Hands resting over the womb in a heart shape

The womb has long been associated with creation, transformation, intuition, cycles, birth, death and renewal. And creation does not only mean creating a child.

50
Women, Gathered As One

This isn't a small, quiet room. Fifty women create a field wide enough to hold whatever wants to surface in you, and steady enough to catch you if it's more than you expected. What you release doesn't just leave you — it moves through the whole room. What the collective holds together, holds you too.

Victoria Richardson

Victoria Richardson

Ceremonial Healer · Neurospiritual Practitioner · Certified PSYCH-K® Facilitator · Certified Sound Healer · Founder of The Rapid Renegade

Victoria's work explores the intersection of the subconscious mind, nervous system, spirituality and embodied experience — helping women uncover the patterns beneath what they consciously know and create meaningful change from within. Her approach weaves subconscious reprogramming, nervous-system regulation, sound, Human Design, the Akashic Records, intuitive guidance and ceremonial practice into experiences designed to reconnect women with their own internal authority and knowing.

She is particularly fascinated by the stories we inherit — the beliefs, relationship patterns, survival strategies, expectations and ways of belonging that can move through families without ever being explicitly spoken.

At Womb Wisdom, Victoria guides the inner journey into the womb space and both the maternal and paternal ancestral lines, then facilitates a PSYCH-K®-informed subconscious integration experience — supporting each woman in moving beyond simply recognizing a pattern and toward consciously choosing what she wants to carry forward.

Jade Passamonte

Jade Passamonte

Birth Doula · Childbirth Educator · Certified Sound Healer · Somatic Practitioner · Founder of Whole Mama Wellness Collective

Jade is the founder of Whole Mama Wellness Collective, a Phoenix-based community devoted to revillaging motherhood and restoring embodied, woman-centered care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the many thresholds of a woman's life. For nearly a decade she has supported women and families as a birth doula, childbirth educator and postpartum guide — and as a mother of four, her relationship with birth and the female body is both professional and deeply lived.

Her interdisciplinary background bridges holistic healing arts with anatomy, physiology, nervous-system support and mind-body integration, drawing on studies through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and nursing studies through Arizona State University. As a Certified Sound Healer, she brings crystal singing bowls into her ceremonial work alongside traditional rebozo bodywork, intuitive somatic practices and sacred feminine rites of passage.

At Womb Wisdom, Jade guides us back into relationship with the body — the womb space, embodied feminine wisdom, gentle self-massage, somatic awareness and the deeply receptive experience of sound.

Jade and Victoria are both Certified Sound Healers, bringing sound in not simply as an addition to the evening, but as another layer of the ceremonial and embodied experience.

Jade brings us into the body. Victoria brings us into the subconscious and inner landscape. Sound creates space for it all to settle, soften and integrate.

Womb Wisdom + Lineage

An opening with Jade

Jade opens our exploration of the womb — its physical and somatic dimensions, its symbolism, and the importance of cultivating relationship with this part of ourselves. We'll explore how womanhood, sexuality, menstruation, motherhood, loss, creativity and family lineage shape our relationship with our bodies.

Guided by Victoria

Victoria guides you inward through the womb space and toward a symbolic threshold between you and the generations that came before you — inviting you to connect with your maternal and paternal lines and become curious about the patterns, stories, strengths and wisdom that traveled through your family.

You don't need to "see" anything. You may sense, hear, feel, know, remember, imagine or notice. There is no correct way to receive.

Subconscious Integration

Working with what surfaces

Awareness is powerful, but we don't want to simply uncover something and send you home with it. Victoria guides a subconscious integration process to work with the beliefs, emotions or patterns that surfaced, and consciously orient toward what you want to experience instead: I can honor what came before me without being bound to repeat it.

Somatic Womb Connection

Gentle, self-led touch

Jade guides a gentle womb-centered somatic practice, connecting physically with the lower belly and pelvic space through breath, awareness and optional self-touch. Nothing is forced — massage over clothing, hands resting on the body, hovering above it, or simply breathing and noticing are all welcome ways to participate.

Throughout, Jade leads gentle breathwork to soften the belly and pelvic space and deepen your presence in the body as you move through the practice. She'll also guide you in cultivating and connecting with the intelligent healing power of source energy — drawing it into your womb space, and opening the connection between heart and womb for deeper healing and expansion.

Crystal Alchemy Sound + Community

Receiving, and being witnessed

Surrounded by the frequencies of Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, you'll lie down, soften, and allow everything you've experienced to settle. No searching, no processing — just space.

The bowls are tuned specifically for this journey — cultivating the tones traditionally associated with the sacral chakra and womb space, and used to clear stagnant energy and restore a sense of flow and renewal:

  • D · Sacral the womb space's home note, tuned to open and restore flow
  • 417 Hz for releasing what no longer serves and easing the way for change
  • 528 Hz the frequency of transformation and renewal
Bring a crystal

Choose one you feel called to and bring it with you — you'll be invited to place it over your womb space to hold and receive the sound as it moves through you.

We'll close with journaling, reflection and optional sharing, witnessed by other women walking their own process.

Terms, Consent & What to Know

By completing your registration for Womb Wisdom: Through the Veil, you agree to the Terms of Service, Informed Consent & Participant Agreement below. We encourage you to read through it.

The nature of the experience

Womb Wisdom may include guided meditation and visualization, discussion of family and ancestral patterns, journaling, subconscious belief work, nervous-system and somatic practices, optional self-touch or abdominal/womb-space self-massage, sound meditation using Crystal singing bowls, ceremonial practices, and group reflection or sharing.

All practices are invitations. You are responsible for listening to your own body and may modify, decline, or discontinue any activity at any time. You are never required to share personal information with the group or participate in touch or movement that doesn't feel appropriate for you.

PSYCH-K® & subconscious integration disclaimer

The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and is not a replacement for medical attention, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or other professional healthcare.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. Victoria Richardson is a Certified PSYCH-K® Facilitator and will facilitate any PSYCH-K®-related components within the scope of that training.

Somatic practices & womb self-massage

Womb Wisdom may include instruction from Jade Passamonte in gentle, self-directed abdominal or womb-space massage, breathwork, body awareness, and other somatic practices. Any self-massage is performed by you on your own body and is completely optional — you may instead place your hands over clothing, hover your hands above the body, simply breathe into the area, or opt out entirely.

These practices are offered for education, relaxation, body awareness, and personal exploration, and are not medical treatment, physical therapy, massage therapy, pelvic-floor therapy, or treatment for reproductive or gynecological conditions.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your body. If you are pregnant, recently postpartum or post-surgical, experiencing unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain or bleeding, or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate, please consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before participating in the physical practices.

Sound healing disclaimer

Crystal singing bowls and other sound practices offered during Womb Wisdom are intended to support relaxation, reflection, meditation, and personal wellbeing. Sound healing is not medical or mental-health treatment, and no medical, psychological, or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

If you have concerns about whether prolonged or resonant sound is appropriate for you, we encourage you to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating. You may step out, increase your distance from the instruments, or discontinue participation at any time.

Ancestral, spiritual & ceremonial practices

Womb Wisdom may incorporate spiritual, symbolic, intuitive, ancestral, or ceremonial language and practices. These experiences are offered as opportunities for personal reflection and exploration. Any images, sensations, memories, intuitive impressions, symbolic experiences, or perceived ancestral connections that arise are personal and subjective, and should not be understood as independently verified historical, medical, or psychological facts. You remain responsible for determining what meaning, if any, you assign to your experience.

Emotional responsibility

Meditation, family and ancestral reflection, somatic practices, sound, journaling, and subconscious exploration can sometimes bring forward unexpected or intense emotions, memories, physical sensations, or personal insights. Womb Wisdom is a group wellness experience and is not psychotherapy, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for individualized mental-health care.

You are encouraged to honor your own limits, take breaks when necessary, and seek appropriate professional support if something arises that requires care beyond the scope of this event.

Women at every stage

Womb Wisdom is a women-only experience and welcomes women at all stages of life. Participation does not require menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, or the physical presence of a uterus. Women who are post-menopausal or who have experienced hysterectomy, infertility, pregnancy loss, or other reproductive changes are welcome.

Throughout the event, the term "womb" or "womb space" may refer to an anatomical, somatic, symbolic, energetic, or spiritual experience depending on the individual participant.

Personal responsibility & assumption of risk

Participation in any physical, somatic, meditative, emotional, or sound-based practice involves individual responses that cannot always be predicted. By registering, you voluntarily choose to participate, accept responsibility for monitoring your own physical and emotional wellbeing, and agree to communicate or discontinue participation if you feel uncomfortable or believe an activity is inappropriate for you. No particular physical, emotional, spiritual, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

Community confidentiality

Because participants may choose to share personal experiences during the gathering, you agree to respect the privacy of the other women in attendance. You will not publicly share another participant's personal story, identifying information, emotional disclosure, or private experience without her express permission. While the facilitators will encourage and model confidentiality, they cannot absolutely guarantee the actions of every participant in a group setting.

Photography & recording

Photography or video may occur during Womb Wisdom. As part of registration, you'll be given the opportunity to indicate whether you consent to appearing in identifiable photographs or video used for promotional purposes. Declining media consent will not affect your ability to participate in the event.

Ticket & cancellation policy

Once you register for Womb Wisdom: Through the Veil, your ticket is final. We're not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to another date or another person.

We hold a physical spot in the room specifically for you, and we plan the entire evening — the venue, the guides, the materials — around exactly fifty women. That's why we're not able to offer flexibility here, even when we wish we could.

If something genuinely prevents you from attending, we still want to hear from you — we can't promise a refund or transfer, but we're always willing to talk it through.

If the event is canceled by us, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket. We're not responsible for any other costs — travel, lodging, or otherwise — tied to attending.

Acknowledgment & consent

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the information above; that the event and its facilitators are not providing medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency mental-health services; that participation in each experiential component is voluntary and you may modify or decline any practice; that you accept responsibility for determining what is appropriate for your own body and wellbeing; that you understand and agree to the cancellation and refund policy; and that you voluntarily consent to participate in Womb Wisdom: Through the Veil.

Registering for Womb Wisdom constitutes your agreement to the full Terms of Service, Informed Consent & Participant Agreement above.
