The Age Proof Podcast

What if the real issue in your life isn’t them, but patterns you didn’t know you were carrying?

On the Age Proof Podcast, I share how tension with my mother-in-law triggered intense reactions and exposed deeper emotional patterns. After years of therapy that explained the “why” but did not create change, I found a new path through subconscious reprogramming that helped her break the cycle and respond with more calm and clarity.

We unpack Psych-K, a mind-body approach for shifting stuck stress patterns, and dive into how triggers, habits, and self-sabotage are often driven by the subconscious. The conversation also touches on tools like ketamine, psilocybin, SSRIs, and alcohol through one filter that matters most: intention and safety.

If you want to understand your reactions, improve relationships, and break repeating patterns, this episode gives you a practical place to start.

"It's like a manual upgrade for your belief system...

We're not a phone — we don't get plugged in at night and get an automatic iOS update. We have to do it manually."

The Knowledge is Love Astrology Podcast

This was one of my favorite conversations — Eric and I just click, and this first episode together set the tone for everything that followed.

We got into the intersection of three of my favorite systems — Kolbe, Human Design, and PSYCH-K — and how I use all three together to help people understand not just who they are, but how they're wired to think, work, and move through the world. Because knowing yourself is one thing. Actually operating from that knowledge is something else entirely.

We talked about what it looks like when someone is fighting their own design — burning out trying to work like everyone else, making decisions the wrong way for their type, running subconscious programs that are silently blocking everything they're trying to build.

We also talked about my own transition — leaving a 16-year corporate career to go full-time into this work — and what it actually takes to trust yourself enough to make a move like that.

If you're a business owner, an executive, a parent, or just someone who has always felt like there's a version of yourself you haven't fully unlocked yet — this one is for you!

"Your conscious mind is setting your goals.

But your subconscious mind is getting your goals."

The Impulsive Thinker Podcast

This one got real fast!

I joined the Impulsive Thinker podcast after speaking at the Kolbe conference on limiting beliefs and subconscious reprogramming — and we went deep almost immediately. If you've ever caught yourself saying I don't know what to do or I don't deserve this or found yourself self-sabotaging something you actually really wanted — this episode is going to hit home.

We talked about why 95-98% of our behavior is controlled by our subconscious, and why that means all the willpower, positive thinking, and mindset work in the world can only go so far. We talked about how your stories — about money, about rich people, about what you deserve — are running in the background of every decision you make, every relationship you're in, every goal you set.

And we talked about self-sabotage. Not as a character flaw — but as a messenger. An indicator of the exact limiting beliefs your system is trying to protect you from.

I also shared my own money story — the one I didn't even know I had — about rich women. And what I discovered when I actually sat down and wrote it out.

If you're tired of your own patterns and ready to actually understand where they come from — this is a great place to start.

"I like to use self-sabotage as self-love. It's an indicator of your disempowering stories and your limiting beliefs...

because there's a reason you self-sabotaged. You just don't know what it is yet."

The Knowledge is Love Astrology Podcast

I had the best time joining my friend Eric Taylor — Big E Astrology — for episode 277 of his Knowledge Is Love Astrology podcast, and honestly we could have talked for five hours.

We got into everything. What PSYCH-K actually is and why it works when years of traditional therapy didn't. How I use Human Design as a background lens in my sessions to understand the deeper context of what someone is moving through. Why as a 4/1 Splenic Projector, relationships aren't just important to me — they feel like life and death. And how I left a 16-year corporate career on Friday the 13th — which I will forever call the luckiest day of my life.

Eric also broke down some of my astrological placements live — including what Pluto moving into Aquarius on my Ascendant means for this next chapter — and I did a live PSYCH-K stress relief balance for his entire audience.

If you want to understand the science behind why you can't think your way out of your patterns, why your nervous system is running programs that have nothing to do with your present reality, and how subconscious reprogramming can change that faster than you think possible — this episode is for you.

"If you can just say — this is all the stuff I do not like about my life...

if you can have the courage to do that, the willingness to do that, the rest of it is really easy."

Optional Overnight Ceremony

In many ceremonial traditions, healing continues beyond daylight hours.

For those who feel called, we will invite participants to sleep together in the ceremonial space on Saturday night.

This is completely voluntary.

Options include:

Sleeping in the ceremonial room (beds provided)

Bringing your own mattress into the space

Sleeping in a private/shared bedroom

There is no hierarchy in this choice.

Kelly will continue holding sacred space overnight, offering quiet prayer and gentle ceremonial presence for those who desire additional healing support.

Your nervous system leads.

Your consent matters.

Your comfort is honored.

The Communal Element

Each woman is invited to bring food to share.

We will prepare and eat together in reverence.

Shared nourishment is part of the medicine.
