How many women will be at this retreat?

A maximum of five. This is intentionally intimate, small enough that every woman is truly seen, held, and supported throughout the experience.

What is the daily schedule like?

Days are structured but spacious. Mornings begin with grounding practices and breakfast. The main teaching and embodiment work happens through the day, with free time for integration, rest, the hot tub, or the deck. Evenings are ceremonial: circle, sound, fire, or stargazing. We close each day with intention rather than exhaustion.

What should I bring?

A full packing list will be sent when you book. Generally: comfortable clothing for movement and ceremony, layers for cool desert nights, a journal, comfortable shoes for desert walks, and an open heart. All retreat materials are provided.

Are dietary needs accommodated?

Yes. All meals are included and we collect dietary requirements and allergies during booking. Let us know what you need and we'll take care of it.

I've never been on a retreat before. Is this right for me?

If you feel called, trust that. The most important prerequisite is genuine readiness to grow. The container is intimate and supportive, and Victoria and Caitlin will meet you exactly where you are.

What is the cancellation and payment policy?

A 25% non-refundable deposit of $833.25 secures your spot. The remaining balance of $2,499.75 is due by January 1, 2027, and we're happy to work with you on a payment plan. Your spot is transferable: if you can't attend, you may transfer your place to another woman at no additional cost.

How do I get to Joshua Tree?

The nearest airports are Palm Springs (PSP, about 45 minutes), Ontario (ONT, about 1.5 hours), and LAX (about 2.5 hours). Driving from Phoenix is about 4 hours. The full venue address and arrival details are sent after booking, and we encourage connecting with fellow attendees to carpool.

What payment options are available?

We accept card, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfer. Buy now, pay later options include Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Amazon Pay. Payment plans are available, so reach out to discuss. The $833.25 deposit is due at booking and the balance by January 1, 2027.
