One evening each month, in person, with a different animal as our guide.
The Animal Medicine Series is an in-person evening in Phoenix, led by Victoria Richardson and Caitlin Rose. Each month we choose an animal and spend the night with it through guided meditation, a shamanic journey into the Akashic Records, and subconscious integration work.
Nothing is ingested at these gatherings. The medicine comes from the meditation, the journey, and the integration work that helps you keep what you find.
You can come to one evening or to all of them. No experience with meditation, energy work, or ceremony is needed, and everyone is welcome.
Come with a question. Leave more connected to your own answer.
Every gathering has its own animal, date, and page. Here is what is on the calendar.
Jaguar moves through the dark without needing the whole path lit. We spend the evening with its medicine to look at what the shadow has been holding and what our instincts already know.
Every animal gives the night its own flavor. Most evenings move through five parts.
Much of the evening happens lying down on the floor, and the floor is hard. Bring a yoga mat and pad, blankets, a bolster, and an eye mask so you can stay comfortable. Each event page has the full list.
People have looked to animals for guidance for as long as there have been people. Most of us have had a moment when an animal crossed our path at just the right time and we felt that it meant something.
In the series, we treat each animal as a teacher. We look at what different cultures and spiritual traditions have said about it, what its life in the wild is like and where it fits in its ecosystem, and what comes up in your own intuition when you sit with it.
Mockingbird reminded us that our voice is medicine, and Manta Ray invited us to receive more and trust the current. Jaguar asks us to look at what we keep in the shadow and to listen to our instincts. Each animal opens a different door.
We offer the context and the container. What the animal means to you is yours to find.

Many spiritual traditions describe the Akashic Records as an energetic record of every soul’s journey: what you have lived and what you have carried, in this lifetime and beyond. Think of it as a field of wisdom you can reach when you are quiet and well supported.
At the start of each gathering, Victoria opens the Records and holds the space for the evening. The journey that follows carries us into the Records to receive the lessons the animal brings, and the integration work afterward helps you bring those lessons back into your body and your daily life.
In Victoria’s one-on-one Akashic Record sessions, many people receive an animal ally or totem. The series brings that same connection into a group evening.

Victoria specializes in subconscious healing, nervous system regulation, and helping people reconnect to their authentic selves through PSYCH-K®, Emotion Code, and ceremonial work.
Her approach bridges the science of the subconscious with the wisdom of ceremony, creating breakthroughs that are felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.
In the series, she opens the Akashic Records and leads the integration work.
