Together, we hold a multidimensional container that honors the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of grief and transformation. Our work weaves together Indigenous-guided ceremony, subconscious integration, energy healing, and sound to support women through some of life’s most tender and meaningful transitions.
Each of us walks a different path of service, yet we share a deep commitment to creating spaces where women can feel safe to be witnessed, supported, and held with compassion and respect.
Throughout the retreat, we will guide you through practices designed to help you process grief, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and return to a deeper sense of wholeness.
We are honored to walk alongside you in this sacred work.

Licensed Spiritual Practitioner & Master Clinical Social Worker
End of life Doula, Funeral Celebrant/Memorial Officiant, Death Educator/Public Speaker, Spiritual Leader/Guide, Bereavement & Grief Support
Kelly is devoted to supporting others through grief, spiritual care, and life’s most tender transitions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and is a licensed Spiritual Practitioner. Since 1997, she has worked in psychiatric and nursing care settings, providing compassionate support and creating safe spaces for individuals navigating difficult emotional and life experiences.
Kelly’s path has also been shaped by profound personal and spiritual experiences, including participation in Native American ceremonial traditions, two near-death experiences, and being present during the passing of loved ones. The sudden loss of her twin sister in 2022 ultimately led her to establish her practice, Achieving Eloheh, LLC, where she offers spiritual and grief support.
Through her work, Kelly walks alongside individuals and families with deep empathy, dignity, and respect, holding sacred space for healing, connection, and wholeness.

Certified PSYCH-K Facilitator
Emotion Code + Body Code Practitioner
Human Design Guide + Neruospiritual Practitioner
Co-Founder of the Coherence Collective Monthly Women's Circles + Retreats
Victoria Richardson is a Neurospiritual Practitioner who bridges science and spirit to help women navigate the emotional and subconscious landscapes of grief, uncertainty, and identity transformation.
Through her work, Victoria supports women in moving through life’s threshold moments — the seasons when something old is ending and a new version of the self is emerging. By blending nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, sound healing, and intuitive energy work, she creates deeply restorative spaces where women can process emotion, release inherited patterns, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Victoria hosts monthly women’s circles through The Coherence Collective, where women gather in community for reflection, emotional integration, and spiritual connection. She also facilitates healing retreats and ceremonial experiences, including the Closing of the Bones ceremony, which supports women in releasing past identities and integrating major life transitions.
Her sound journeys work to clear emotional density and restore inner harmony. Each experience becomes a sacred remembering — where the nervous system softens, the heart opens, and the body becomes a vessel for peace, clarity, and expansion.

Certified Plant Medicine Guide
Reiki Practitioner + Energy Healer
Co-Founder of the Coherence Collective Monthly Women's Circles + Retreats
Caitlin is an intuitive energy healer, certified Reiki practitioner, and plant medicine guide who supports individuals in releasing old emotional patterns and reconnecting with their innate capacity to heal.
Her work blends Reiki, Tao breathwork, chakra balancing, and crystal energy practices to help regulate the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and support deep emotional integration. Caitlin brings a calm, grounded presence to the healing space, gently guiding individuals through processes of release, embodiment, and reconnection with their inner power.
Through her own personal healing journey, Caitlin experienced profound transformation after navigating deep-rooted shame, grief, hormonal imbalance, and physical symptoms that traditional approaches had not resolved. These experiences ultimately led her to explore holistic and plant-based healing practices that address the root of emotional and energetic imbalance.
Within the Coherence Collective, Caitlin serves as an anchoring presence in the circle, helping each woman feel seen, supported, and safe to explore the deeper layers of healing and personal evolution. Her work is rooted in the belief that when individuals reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom, they can access profound transformation and wholeness.
