This is a sacred, Indigenous-guided ceremonial retreat for women ready to witness, alchemize, and release the grief and trauma held in their bodies, stories, and ancestral lines.
Limited to 9 women
$1,111 Investment
You may not call it grief...
You may call it:
⇨ Exhaustion
⇨ Numbness
⇨ Over-functioning
⇨ Emotional shutdown
⇨ Hyper-independence
⇨ A quiet ache you can’t name
But the body remembers.
This retreat is not about retelling your story for analysis.
It is about being witnessed in sacred ceremony — where grief is honored, trauma is acknowledged, and release is supported through ritual, nervous system regulation, energy healing, and sound.
This retreat is ceremonially guided and blessed by Kelly, a descendant of the Cherokee people. She has participated in Native American ceremonies for the past 34 years. She has been participating in the Lakota peace pipe ceremony for the last 13 years and has been gifted the honor of becoming a pipe carrier. The ceremony will be based on a 1400s Lakota grief ceremony.
She will lead the sacred ritual elements of the weekend, holding a container rooted in prayer, reverence, and spiritual integrity.
Alongside her, Victoria Richardson will facilitate subconscious reprogramming and sound therapy to support nervous system integration and trauma release. And, Caitlin will offer intuitive energy healing and light, optional plant medicine, holding the energetic field throughout the weekend.
Kelly will also channel light healing during the sound immersion to deepen the ceremonial arc.
This is a lineage-informed ceremony woven with modern nervous system, energetic coherence, and subconscious integration.

The ceremonial elements are rooted in Indigenous spiritual reverence and prayer. This is not a religious conversion space, nor is it dogmatic. Women of all backgrounds are welcome, provided they enter with respect for the traditions guiding the ceremonial container.
