Social Hour

Sunset + Sound

Join us for  a soul-soothing rooftop experience designed for local Phoenix women to reconnect, reset, and rise into the new season together.

As the sun dips behind the Phoenix skyline, Michelle will guide us through a restorative yin yoga practice while Victoria offers live crystal sound bowl healing and Caitlin supports the space with intuitive energy work and sound therapy.

We'll begin gathering at 5:00 PM on the rooftop, with our movement and sound journey starting at 5:30. Afterward, we invite you to stay for a relaxed social hour (6:30–7:30 PM) featuring connection, local women-owned business sponsors, sample beverages, mini cookies, and other treats.

Whether you’re craving quiet, community, or both — this evening is for you. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling grounded, held, and recharged.

Founded by Diane Vahary, a devoted mother and entrepreneur originally from a small town in Indiana, now residing in Arizona.

Motivated by a deep passion for mental health awareness and supporting those affected by Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), she is committed to making a positive impact on her family's life. As both mental health challenges and PKD have gradually touched her loved ones, she decided to take a meaningful step by launching a home-based micro bakery. Her mission is to provide cleaner, healthier baked goods, made from scratch with a clear understanding of every ingredient that goes into them.

This bakery isn't just about wholesome treats-it's also about giving back. She donates 10% of all proceeds to two vital charities: the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the PKD Foundation.

Customers will have the option to choose which charity receives their donation or split it between both causes. She believes in the power of living mindfully and healthfully, and through her baking, she aims to share that love while supporting causes that are deeply personal to her family's journey.
